Is happiness a skill you can learn?

Here’s the prescription for happiness, according to the Action for Happiness challenge as reported by the BBC. As you can see, it’s very simple:

1. 10 minutes of daily mindfulness meditation (Be mindful)

2. Writing down good things that happen to you and a letter expressing your gratitude (Be grateful)

3. Doing one or more additional acts of kindness each day (Be kind)
