A resolution that’s easy to keep

If you’re resolution-less, today’s a good day to remember (and start doing) this exercise: The three good things. Write them down each night before bedtime.

Studies by positive psychologists have shown this helps re-wire your brain to see the goodness in your life, rather than to focus on the bad things.
